About SpaceTrips.com

SpaceTrips.com was conceived in 2003 when I acquired the domain name (along with about 100 other space travel and tourism names) in a trade. I had been an active domain name reseller since 2001, and wanted a flagship name to develop. Since I was a child, I have had a strong interest in space and perhaps even travelling into space myself. As the new millenium came, space travel and tourism became more and more a reality. Watching Spaceship One claim the X prize on October 4, 2004, I decided that I was going to develop SpaceTrips.com into a full-fledged portal.

Being a web programmer, the developement could be done by myself. I spent a lot of time outlining what content I wanted on the site. Finally, in early 2009, I decided to take the Nike™ approach and "Just do it".

Currently, I have ambitious plans for SpaceTrips.com. I want to build a full-fledged Space Travel & Tourism portal where anybody can come to get any sort information about the exciting subject that one would want. For the time being, I am just a one-man operation. If things are not progressing as quickly as you would like, please keep this in mind.
